Rotary encoders

Rotary encoders provide information on the degrees of rotation angle, the direction of rotation of the axis. This helps to measure parameters and refine the travel interval. They are used in industrial automatic machines for filling, filling, printing, metal-working and for applications which require reliable values for the moving parts.

Incremental encoders

Incremental encoders measure the angle, evaluating the outgoing pulse code of the axis rotation. The shaft and encoder are integrated by means of an elastic coupling, and the measuring unit is mounted on the shaft.

Absolute encoders

Absolute encoders provide different encodings depending on the object position, and measure the degree of rotation even when temporarily de-energized, which is a major advantage compared to other types. Vibrations and distortions do not influence the signal quality, which means that meticulous accuracy in shaft positioning can be avoided. The device is used in CNC machine tools, robotics.

Resolvers

Models with sine output (resolvers) produce 2 speed signals with an offset of 90 degrees, even at low axis speeds. The principle helps to control the pulse characteristics over a long period of time. Modern current drives allow the operation of encoders and partially resolvers in a feedback line.

Encoders

Limit Switches

Dynapar limit switches are used to automate the operation of various devices and equipment. Limit switches can be used in control devices or as automatic shutdown devices in case of equipment malfunction detection. Dynapar's line of precision limit switches with normally closed contacts includes both standard models and high duty versions with various operating pressure options.

 

Proximity Sensors

Dynapar inductive proximity sensors are non-contact sensors that generate electromagnetic fields to detect metal objects. For the Dynapar inductive proximity sensors to work properly, it is necessary for the object to be detected close enough to the sensor, no more than 40 mm away. Some models with a higher frequency of operation are able to identify objects at a distance of more than 60 mm. Dynapar inductive proximity sensors are subdivided into immersed and non-immersed.

 

Counters

Dynapar model G0548011 counters are widely used in automatic monitoring and control systems. Dynapar meters, when used in conjunction with other devices, including light and sound alarms, provide real-time information on the status of processes and equipment for further processing.

 

Magnetic and Reed Switches

Dynapar's 53Z and 53ZK series magnetic and reed switches feature sensors with a digital rectangular output signal that is generated and changed by the presence or absence of an identifiable iron-based alloy object. The 53Z Series switches are used with gear teeth, and the 53ZK Series switch applications include, in addition to gears, slotted discs, grooved shafts and grooves, made of carbon steel, iron or magnetic stainless steel. Dynapar switches work reliably even in wet and dirty environments and at high temperatures.

 

Cylindrical connectors

Dynapar's CPL Series cylindrical connectors are spring-loaded, flexible couplings for coupling 1/4" shafts. The cylindrical couplings are made of cast aluminum and are designed for use with 6 mm diameter shafts in simple applications. Dynapar couplers provide 31 bar continuous torque in a fairly compact size and light weight.
